Modern Architect established by Ar Asif Eqbal in 2011, has evolved into a proficient team of Architects and Engineers. We offer consultancy services in Architecture, Interior Design, Landscaping, and Construction Management, focusing on Patna (Bihar) and beyond.

Our firm is modest in scale and led by Ar. Asif Eqbal, a graduate with a B.Arch from VTU, Belgaum, Karnataka. Born in 1989, he firmly upholds the principle of prioritizing quality over quantity. At all times, the organization takes on only a manageable number of projects to ensure personalized attention. In addition to our in-house team of architects, interior designers, draftsmen, and engineers, we have affiliations with esteemed consultants specializing in structural design, PHE, electrical design, and landscaping.
